Cottage Extension & Remodel, Sauchieburn, Stirling

Featuring a sunken basement kitchen with a bespoke Oak framed feature living area above, a two storey entrance hall, granny flat and cinema room, this truly stunning project retained only the front facade of the original dwelling. Extensive 3D modelling provided the client with the peace of mind to proceed with this feature-packed bespoke design. References available.

Passive House, Rafford, Elgin

This stunning generous rural home was designed and built to meet our client's desire to achieve Passive House standards, yet at the same time retain the proportions and charm of a largely traditional house. Constructed from SIPS panels and engineered joists fabricated by James Jones & Sons Ltd, the innovative design has been a huge success. References available.
