We relocated to Perth in April 2021. Taken on our own 'fixer-upper' project. But we continue to serve our loyal client base in Auchterarder and indeed the wider Central Belt of Scotland and beyond. We understand that many clients are busy with work commitments and we are happy to schedule evening or weekend meetings where required. Despite current predictions that the house sales boom of recent years may be coming to an end, and indeed that some properties may see a fall in value of 10% in 2023, many of our clients are taking the view that extending their properties is less expensive than moving home and a good way to counter potential falling values.
Our Work / Business Philosophy
Our philosophy at all times is simple. In these difficult financial times it is essential that clients receive both affordable design services and accurately forecast project budgets. We will not commence any design, concept or detailed, until our clients are fully satisfied that they have been offered a competitive fee proposal AND can afford the designs that are being suggested to them. In recent years we have heard of too many instances where clients end up with Planning and Building Warrant permissions for projects that they cannot afford.
Progressing Projects around Covid 19
We understand that for many clients Covid is still a worry. We have developed Risk Assessments to ensure that any external tasks or services undertaken during your design process are totally safe. We can progress building or interior design projects utilising our 3D and various photo-rendering technologies. From mood boards to complex photo-real imagery, to detailed drawings and specifications, we can provide you with the confidence to progress your projects without any risk. Contact us for details.
Getting Started shouldn't be difficult
This office is happy to progress ALL sizes of project, from modest forest huts to single room interiors to large bespoke dwelling homes. Bespoke extensions form the majority of of work load.
